How a raise runs
Five stages, one team
Most deals slow down in diligence, not in the pitch. We prepare for diligence from day one.
Plan your raise with usReadiness check
We review your books, compliance and cap table the way an investor will, and fix gaps before anyone else sees them.
Story and model
A clear narrative, a defensible financial model and a use-of-funds plan tied to milestones.
Outreach
Targeted introductions to investors or lenders who fit your stage and sector.
Diligence
A clean data room and one owner for every investor question, so the deal keeps moving.
Close
Term sheet negotiation, documentation and closing support, through to funds in the bank.
You deal with the principal, not a junior.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
When should we start preparing for a raise?
Ideally six months before you plan to speak to investors. Diligence finds whatever is unresolved in your books, compliance and cap table, and fixing it early is far cheaper than fixing it under a deadline.
Do you help with debt as well as equity?
Yes. We structure working capital and term loans, approach banks and NBFCs, and manage documentation and lender relationships.
Can you prepare our financial model and pitch deck?
Yes. We build the model and the financial sections of the deck, and work with you on the narrative so the story and the numbers match.
Do you advise on M&A?
Yes, on both buy-side and sell-side mandates, including valuation, deal structuring and post-merger financial integration.
How are fundraising engagements priced?
Usually as a project, scoped to the size and type of transaction. It can also be added to any Managed CFO Office tier.
Your next step
Raising in the next six months?
