Progression follows ownership and quality of work, not years alone. Experience ranges are indicative. Apply at the level that fits you.
AnalystLEVEL 1
Bookkeeping, reconciliations, compliance and MIS inputs across several clients, with every output reviewed.
AssociateLEVEL 2
Own monthly books and statutory filings for a set of clients, and prepare the first draft of the MIS.
Senior AssociateLEVEL 3
Own a client's monthly close and reporting end to end, and review the work of analysts and associates.
Team LeadLEVEL 4
Run a pod across a client portfolio and own quality, timelines and the compliance calendar.
Engagement LeadLEVEL 5
Lead client relationships, run the monthly review with founders, and own budgets, forecasts and MIS insight.
Associate PartnerLEVEL 6
Lead CFO engagements alongside the principal, guide fundraising and strategic work, and help grow the practice.
CFO PartnerLEVEL 7
Lead CFO engagements end to end, advise founders on the big calls, and build a client portfolio.

CFO Partner
Lead CFO engagements for startups and SMEs and act as the senior review layer on our client work. You will need 12 to 18 years of finance leadership experience, including time in startups.
Operational Finance Lead
Run day-to-day finance operations across a portfolio of clients: books, reconciliations, payroll inputs and statutory compliance. You will need 5+ years managing operational finance or CA firm operations.
Analyst (CA)
Work across bookkeeping, MIS, compliance and CFO support for multiple clients. Newly qualified CAs with hands-on operational finance experience are preferred.
